How much is this going to cost me?

Your WeBuyitForYou quote will include shipping and handling to your location. The exact cost will vary depending on your order. Our pricing is very competitive. Shipping insurance will depend on the value of the item you are insuring. Expedited shipping will depend on the shipping distance to your location. The exact pricing breakdown will be emailed to you once you place an order. It will be up to you to make a purchase from that point on.

What about customs and taxes?

Customs and taxes will vary depending on what you purchase and applicable laws in your region or territory. You will be responsible to pay applicable customs and taxes to your local authorities as determined by them at the time your product is delivered. In an effort to further clarify your costs, we will send you an estimate of your custom fees according to your order. Typically the fees are paid through your mail carrier. What is the return and exchange policy?

In order to maintain this service, WeBuyitForYou does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. To avoid errors, and to ensure you get exactly what you want, orders placed with us are confirmed by you numerous times throughout the buying process. If a genuine error has occurred on WeBuyforYou's part, we can arrange for a shipment return and a refund as required.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

To keep the cost of shipping low our basic shipping service does not include tracking. Tracking is available at a premium. If you would like tracking, then you can request it. After you have processed your order and we have mailed it to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping agent information so you may track your shipment online. Please note that there will be some lag time between the time you process the order and we purchase it for you as we still need to receive it from your retailer.

How long will shipping take?

We try our best to expedite your order so you may receive it in a timely manner. In some cases shipping may take a little longer depending on the item and it's original source and destination.
